These Terms of Service govern your use of www.broadcoveinsights.com (the “Site”), operated by Broad Cove Insights LLC, a Maine limited liability company based in Cumberland Foreside, Maine (“Broad Cove Insights,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or studio, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.
The Site describes our AI workflow agent services, Favro training and consulting, and related offers. You can browse it, book a call, send us a note, ask about Favro training and download free resources. The Site has no user accounts and sells nothing directly.
Packages, prices and service descriptions on the Site (including Agent Starter, Studio Workflow Pack, Agent Care and Favro training) are offers to start a conversation. They become binding only when you and Broad Cove Insights sign a written agreement, statement of work, proposal or order form (an “Engagement Agreement”).
Workflow calls are free and carry no obligation for either side. Any agent sketch or suggestion we share on a call is a general, preliminary idea, offered without warranty.
Please do not send confidential, proprietary or personal data about your projects, players or staff through the Site’s forms or on an initial call. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us for a mutual NDA first. Unless an NDA or Engagement Agreement says otherwise, information you send through the Site is not treated as confidential, though we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
We sometimes offer free resources, such as our Favro AI workflow skills. A download comes with any license terms included in it. Where it has none, you may use and adapt it inside your own organization.
Free resources are provided as is, without warranty or support. Try them on a test board or a small set of data before you run them against live production work. You are responsible for what they do in your systems.

The Site’s text, design, graphics, agent descriptions and code belong to Broad Cove Insights or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it for your own business evaluation. Any other copying, adaptation or redistribution needs our written permission.
Names such as Jira, Confluence, Favro, Perforce, P4 Plan, Codecks, Monday, Notion, Miro, Google Docs, GitHub, GitLab, Unity, Jenkins, TeamCity, Flow Production Tracking, ShotGrid, TestRail, Backtrace, Discord, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude and ChatGPT are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which tools our agents work with. Apart from our stated Favro Solutions Partner relationship, their appearance does not mean those companies endorse or sponsor us.
Testimonials reflect the personal views of the people quoted. Results vary by studio, tools and workflow.
The Site links to or embeds services we do not control, including our HubSpot scheduling page, YouTube, raft.works, LinkedIn and Favro. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is at your own discretion. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Agent descriptions, screenshots and sample runs on the Site are illustrations. Agents marked “In design” are not yet available, and their features may change or never ship.
Agents we build use third-party AI models (such as Claude or ChatGPT) and your tools’ integrations. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. That is why our agents propose changes for a person to approve. You stay responsible for reviewing and approving what an agent does in your systems.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, BROAD COVE INSIGHTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not promise the Site will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors. Content on the Site is general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, BROAD COVE INSIGHTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS FREE RESOURCES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
This section covers use of the Site and its free resources only. Liability for paid work is set by the Engagement Agreement.
You agree to defend and indemnify Broad Cove Insights against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
The laws of the State of Maine govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Maine, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site and change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
