Agents do the work. People approve it.

Every agent starts in plan-first mode. It shows you exactly what it would change, and nothing happens until you say yes. You decide when it has earned the right to run on its own.

01

Map the workflow

A working session with your producers, QA leads or dev directors. We walk through a normal week and find the repetitive steps that cross two or more tools.

You get: a short list of agent candidates, ranked by hours saved and risk.
02

Build the agent

Each agent runs on Claude or ChatGPT, whichever your team uses, and connects to your tools through their MCP servers. Where a tool has none, I build one. Agents are tested on your real projects, with your naming and your quirks.

Built to run fast. Most AI agents work through a tool one card at a time, and every card is another round trip. On a big backlog that's slow, and it can burn through a tool's hourly API limit. I put the repetitive work in code that runs on my server, so the AI only makes the judgment calls. On a 500-card test board, bug-to-feature sync went from 544 AI steps to 2.

You get: working agents installed in your team's Claude or ChatGPT workspace, plus a plan-first version of each.
03

Approve the plan

Every run starts with a plan: what it found, what it wants to change, and anything it's unsure about. Reply apply, or name what to skip. Conflicts are always left for a person to decide.

You get: a team that trusts the agent, because they've seen every change it made.
04

Run on a schedule

Once the plans look right week after week, the agent runs before standup on its own. It still stops and asks whenever something needs a decision.

You get: the busywork done before anyone opens their laptop.

Four rules every agent follows. No exceptions.

Plan first

You see the change before it happens, every time, until you choose otherwise.

Your accounts

Agents run under your own logins and permissions. They see only what your connectors allow.

Nothing deleted

Agents add and update. Anything that would remove work goes to a person.

Skills you own

Every agent is a readable file that stays with your studio if we stop working together.

Questions studios ask

Which AI plan do we need?

A Claude or ChatGPT plan that lets your team add custom connectors to your tools. For most studios that's a team or business plan, and scheduled runs need a paid plan. I'll help you pick and set it up.

Do you need access to our tools?

Only what the build needs, usually a test project or a screen share. Agents run under your accounts, so access stays in your hands.

What if our tool has no MCP server?

I build one. That includes in-house trackers and pipeline tools with an API. Custom servers are quoted per project.

Who owns the skills?

You do. Every skill is a plain file you can read, change and keep.

What happens when a tool changes?

Agent Care keeps every agent current as your tools change. Without it, I quote fixes as they come up.
